I returned the shoes immediately with instructions for an exchange for a different size/width, and I've yet to receive the replacement shoes back. Last week I receive an e-mail that they were crediting my account for the $, but no information on when the different size/width shoe will be coming. Makes me think somethin got lost in the transition, but I don't want to order another set and then the replacement ones come and now I have 2 pair of the same shoe.
Advantages: very quick shipping, was very glad to see my product so soon.
Disadvantages: Exchanging shoes for a different size. No communication if exchange is coming or if the form I filled out with my returned items was discarded.

Beautiful shoes and I really wanted them to work but as soon as I put them on I knew they were going back. They were very stiff and totally uncomfortable. I took about 3 steps in them and put them back in the box. I have 6 other pairs of Vionic shoes and find them to be comfortable and supportive HOWEVER they do not seem to last as long as other comparably priced shoes. My Elations fell apart... soles fell off. the Orthodic Shop is great to deal with. Easy returns and great customer service.
Advantages: Good looking shoes
Disadvantages: Uncomfortable
