*Use Orthotic Shop or amazon order number, Customer Reference, or the PO number on the packing slip. Additional Help / Clarification

NOTE: Shoes must be in resellable condition, unworn or they will be disposed of and you will not get a refund! (with the exception of defects and shoes with a comfort guarantee.

2. Select the order number that contains the item(s) on the next page.

  • Click on the order number
  • Select the item(s) on the order you want to send back.

3. Print the return form or email it.

Enclose a copy of the return form with the item being returned. We email this to you if you don't have a printer handy.


4. If you are in the USA, you will receive a USPS/FedEx or UPS/USPS return label.

We offer Free Return Shipping on certain brands. Exchanges are free for all brands. The return shipping label will work with both USPS or FedEx, please give the package to whomever is most conveinient for you. You can also ship it back any other method, just be sure to keep the tracking number.


5. Print or Email the Return Label & Return Form

You can either print the Form & Label now or have it emailed to you or someone else.


6. Tape postage to the shipping carton.

Please do not tape postage to shoe boxes, doing so will result in a restocking fee.


7. Drop off at any FedEx location, UPS Location (if you get a UPS label) or USPS location.

You can schedule a pickup at USPS.com or FedEx as well.


8. We will process the return within 5 business days of receipt and according to our Return Policy
