Orthaheel Orthotics - Relief 3/4 The first time I put them in a pair of shoes and walked around the house, I wasn't too sure. The arch is very supportive, but feels hard under your foot. It took a day at work to get used to them. But, they work and they help!! I found they tend to work better in flatter shoes that don't have much arch support to begin with, e.g., the classic Docksides boat shoe. These insoles feel great in those, as a few pair of walking and running shoes I have. Overall, worth the money.

Fabulous! Just what I needed to relieve IT band pain. I put them in my slippers; they're very light and comfortable. I'm just about to order 3 more pairs for all of my shoes.

Orthaheel Orthotics I love my Orthaheel sandals, but needed orthotics to put in closed shoes for winter. These will be wonderful and now I will have the same great support that I have had all summer in my sandals!
