Bottom line, the shoes were just not comfortable. So, I returned them and ordered the 9708 after reading the description that they were a very light weight shoe so I hoped they would be more comfortable. Well, I received the 9708's and the jury is still out. I am going to try them around the house for a few more days before deciding.
Disadvantages: The toe box on both the 9702 and the 9708 is not as deep as I need. And the 9702 had too much arch support.
