I ordered this shoe but since the surgery on my husband's foot,91/2 was too long, couldn't wait to return and exchange so I reordered a smaller size but was sent the same thing. Returned both shoes and reordered a different shoe and this time it was right...returning was easy...hope they credit my card correctly. Husband is pleased with the other shoe I ordere
