These are good-looking, well-made dress shoes that fit standing AFOs. My son's feet in his standing AFOs measure 11 inches long from toe to heel. I ordered an 11 X-Wide and they fit great.
Advantages: The whole shoe, including the toe box, are deep and wide.
Disadvantages: The shoe tongue is sewn by the top of the first shoe lace holes which makes for a small opening to get the foot with AFO inside of the shoe. It takes muscle, wiggling and pushing on the shoe but the foot and AFO do eventually go into the shoe. The foot and AFO would slide in so much easier if the tongue were not sewn so far down close to the opening of the shoe.

Great shoes, very comfortable. Fit my orthotics. Only complaint, is that the shoes dont breathe as much as I'd like and my feet end up a bit overheated.
I used to wear birkenstock mens casual shoes which were the proper width but it seems birk discontinued the generously wide and generous toe-box shoes and i cannot get into any of them anymore. So I was searching for a replacement. I tried at least 4 other brands before finding these. Just ordered another pair in black.

I just got these shoes a few days ago. Really nice to get a 9E shoe. The 6E New Balance walking shoes were getting to tight to wear. I hope management is listening: PLEASE MAKE THIS IN A GOLF SHOE! Thanks
Advantages: Fits so much better then the 6E walking shoe I had from New Balance. My feet have grown wider over the years. I can remember back in the mid '80s when I wore a 2E wide.
Disadvantages: No golf shoe is offered. I run into many folks on the golf course with sore feet from improper size shoes. Does no one seem to be listening to us?
