Advantages: The support from the insole is amazing. And the structure of the heel takes a lot of impact off your feet by cushioning every step you take.
Disadvantages: I don't have 'wide' feet, but for some reason the shoe feels quite snug across the top of my foot. Next time I will order a Wide size. Other than that, the size of the shoe stayed true to itself. I wear an 8 in Women's and it fits perfectly.
