  1. Work Out More and Get Physically Fit

Working out is a great way to take care of your feet. Many people do not realize just how much working out impacts their overall health (including feet), and how staying healthy will make foot care significantly easier.

You can start with something like yoga, which is excellent for your feet and a great, low-impact exercise.
