I really wanted to love these shoes. It is hard to find dressy and supportive shoes nowadays. If I could, I would only go with Vionics, if they had my size and desired style. Unfortunately, they didn't have Wide width in my size, so I decided to go with the Medium, and they hurt my bunions so bad. I could barely stand for half an hour at a Church (and I am a Vionics customer, I mean I have several pairs and am used to the Orthaheel technology). I guess I have no other choice but return them. Too bad! I really need nice elegant and supportive shoes... Will keep looking.
Advantages: Good support, as always
Disadvantages: Hurt my bunions :(

The shoes arrived promptly and are attractive. Additionally, when I slipped them on they felt wonderful! I'm very pleased with the product. Because I purchased the light beige color, I did use a protective spray on the fabric and sole trim so they will stay nice as new.
Advantages: Comfort and support!

Update:
I decided to not to return the shoes, since they've adjusted to my feet just a couple of weeks later. The only complaint is that the insoles are made from synthetic material (I guess), which makes my foot feel uncomfortable. I have been wearing natural leather shoes all my life, and this is how I would like to keep it. My feet do not tolerate synthetic.
However, now I am thinking about purchasing another pair in different color, to wear them for short periods of time, like a couple of hours a day. Thanks Orthoticshop.com for having them in Wide width!
As I have mentioned in my previous review, I would buy more shoes here, if they had them in my size and favorite style (dressy and elegant, yet comfortable). I see the shoes that I like quite often, but they almost never have them in my size (10,5W)...Too bad for me.
