Great product; Poor service I received the product and loved it, but I needed a different size. Return process was easy until I never received my exchange. After a few weeks of waiting, I contacted them to find out that the product had been discontinued. This I understood; however, the company did not bother to contact me to let me know this or issue a refund UNTIL I questioned them on the shoes. I think this is in very poor practice. Will not do business with them again.
