I'm a 48 year old little person. I've had multiple surgeries on my feet which are short and wide. These are the very first pair of new shoes that actually FIT my feet. I wear a little kid's size 11 XW...I put them on and they just fit! No painful breaking in; I'm buying more colors!
Advantages: the extra width and depth accommodate my extremely short WIDE foot with the high arch.
Disadvantages: Colors are a bit childish, but who cares??? They fit and that's what matters!

I have been purchasing these shoes for my great-grandson. This is my third pair of the same shoes. He is 7 years old, big for his age, and autistic. He needs assistance getting dressed. He has very wide feet. These shoes fill all our needs. I am so grateful we found them. Ordering online is easy, and delivery is dependable.
Advantages: Velcro closure for child who needs assistance; very wide shoes available for child with very wide feet.
Disadvantages: No disadvantages at all.

This is my son’s third pair of Mt. Emey shoes. He started at size 1 and now he’s a size 3. They are comfortable and he has outgrown them before they were worn out!
Advantages: Rugged shoes even my boy can be tough on.
Disadvantages: None! He really has grown out of them before he wears them out.

It is next to impossible to find shoes that fit my son's feet with orthotics. He wears AFOs and his feet are very short, but also very wide and very tall. To find shoes that accommodate both width and height and are not so long they trip him has been a 15 year pursuit for me. Usually it takes a while to stretch out a new pair of orthotic shoes to the point where he can put them on himself. This is the first time we've ordered this particular brand of shoe, and I was frankly shocked how perfectly it fit and how easily he was able to put them on by himself.
Advantages: great width, removable insole, no tie. LONG velcro strap.
Disadvantages: his orthotics rub against the inside and squeak on the right foot. I added some felt to the inside and it has solved the problem.

This is a gift from God! I have servere RA in tiny but wide feet.Local store no longer have shoes to fit me. I wear size 1 extra wide. I tried these shoes and wow! I bought two pair thus far. I love them!
Advantages: Now I have shoes! The pair I was wearing were falling apart!
Disadvantages: I really wanted a yellow pair also because I am a Steelers fan.
Hoping to find shower shoes, mary Jane's and slippers in extra wide. Dream come true!

great shoe sturdy easy to get on and off with his braces. Only problem they are heavy. My child has muscular dystrophy and therefore weak muscles. He can't wear this shoe too often.
Advantages: well made. easy to get on with braces
Disadvantages: too heavy.

The shoes looked very nice and well made.
Advantages: Liked the solid black color and style.
Disadvantages: The XW width did not have enough space on the top of the shoe. Not everyone with a wide foot has a flat foot. Sometimes the feet are fat and puffy on top.
