These shoes looked to be exactly what I needed, but when i received them, I could tell immediately that there was very little tread on the sole, and they would not work for me. I am diabetic and need good support and traction. I contacted the company and they very kindly helped me to return them.
Advantages: Strap closinga allow for various positions to make the shoot fit well. It is a sturdy, supportive shoe.
Disadvantages: Very little traction on sole which allowed for slipping.

I am very happy with these shoes. I was having a lot of trouble with the shoes I had and problems with my feet. These shoes have come a long way in solving my problems. I ordered and got a second pair.
Advantages: Easy to get on and off. Attractive looking. Good for both work and casual
Disadvantages: It took a little while to break them in but they are coming along and I am very happy with them
